I cannot remove the hopper of my Philips meat mincer
- Make sure that you press and hold the “release” button before you remove the hopper.
- Make sure that you turn the hopper clockwise (see the “Disassemble” section).
- If the problem persists, please contact your nearest Philips Consumer Care Center.
